MultiSite Property Management Training : Practice Set

The Practice Set module is a feature that enables you to build 5 blank–practice units and enter temporary data for each of them. In this way, you and your staff members can learn our system without using any of your actual property management data. You can also use this module to test results of system actions before you perform those actions with actual data.

You can build an unlimited number of Practice Sets and customize to your users.

Practice sets can be created within any MultiSite module. It is easy to reset the data; you can delete some or all of it at any time and start over again.

Key Features

• Creates different types of practice sites, including Conventional, Commercial, RD, HUD or Tax Credit.
• Five units are available in each practice set.
• Unlimited number of practice sets. Usually, one set per user.
• Access to practice properties is set up in the Administrator module, the same way that it is for real property data. For example, site managers can only see their sites and their practice sets.
• Lets you create properties, reset properties to their original state, reset properties to their original state but leave the practice tenants in the database, and delete properties.
